Choice - Destiny - Karma
We have team touch base every Tuesday, where we talk about general stuff apart from work. This is a 60 min meeting and usually, it will be interesting. Nowadays it is like one person drives the meeting where he asks a question and everyone has to answer. Today's question was if we believe in Destiny.
Destiny is actually a debatable topic and every person will have their own perspective and everyone strongly believes in their perspective. In our team also it is the same case, everyone have their own perspective, one started with saying she doesn't believe in Destiny and it slowly passed onto another person. People started getting involved in the topic. One told there is no such thing as Destiny everything depends on the individual's action. This was a big statement which pumped up the blood flow in few people (including me), then everyone started putting across their point of views (emotionally). Among everyone's point I liked one explanation, it was like "Destiny is like a major release and fate is like a point release, everyone comes with a big box called destiny, in that box everyone will have choices to make, meaning everyone will have choices to choose what they want to become but within certain boundary."
What I believe is in 'KARMA'. I believe we get what we give meaning if we do good we get good if we do bad we get bad. Destiny is something which talks about what we get. It never talks about what we have done for which we are getting something. Now the question is when a baby is born, how is the family or the environment is decided for the baby when it has done nothing in the life to face problems or to have a luxurious life. In this case, I believe in Incarnation. A baby faces problems in early life if it has done something bad in previous life and has not got the results. Or a baby faces problems in early life if it is meant to receive something good in future.
Life is pure mathematics, you do something good and you get the same amount back, you do something bad and we get back the same amount of bad things. The point is whether there is destiny or not, whether there is a choice for human beings or not, but there is always a KARMA associated with every individual. If you screw up something eventually we get screwed up back.
Karma is what we are under and what is directing our life. The only wish is if we are aware of our karma we would think 100 times before doing something wrong.
