My code and Production

First time in my IT life the code which I wrote went to production and came out very quickly. This is a very rare situation which ever happens to a developer. When the next time the same code goes back to production I will not be in the project. Everything was fine until UAT and when the same code was deployed in the production, the production server got crashed. The reason for this crash is still under investigation. As soon as the server was crashed the client rolled back the code to previous successful build. And my code came out of production. At the same time I was also released from the project. So when the code goes live again I will not be in the project. One or the other things happen to my code since the start of my career. My first project was with Tesco and my module was Supplier Induction. As soon as all the POCs got completed the complete supplier module was scrapped. The next project was with direct wines and I was in defect fixing track so there was no actual development work. The next project was with Target and in here after the development phase I quit Infosys and I did not see this going live. In Sapient after my project went live it crashed the production server itself and nobody knows the reason. Immediately the code came out of production and I came out of project. The same code passed in load testing also. We tested the code with the maximum load and the code survived without any crash. The bottom line is I am still waiting to see my code in production. One or the other things will stop the code from going live. I am also wondering why his happens to me but not able to get any answers. For some questions I am sure there will not be any answers.
