My unpredictable Mind

I am 24years old now and I am independent, mature and all bla bla bla stuff. But one thing I really could not understand is how the bloody hell my mind works. This moment I will be very positive and the next moment I will be surrounded by negative energy. This moment I love all my friends and next moment I start finding negative aspects in all, this moment I love my job next moment I hate this job, this moment I love being in IT industry next moment I hate to work in software field itself, this moment I love my personal life next moment I curse everybody for the situation I am in, this moment I love writing blog next moment I hate to write anything, this moment I love coffee next moment I hate it, this moment I love ATG next moment I hate it. Also one peculiar thing about my mind is at some point of time I can read others mind to certain extent but some other time I will be totally confused about their actions. The day I got selected to Infosys (April 3rd 2007) I started hating this company for all small reasons. Everybody loves something or hate something and I believe for everything there will be some reason which when interpreted properly can change our belief.  But the belief I have regarding Infosys is not changing at all in spite of so many arguments I had with others.  Some 4-5 days back I had this hot argument with Srinidhi and Vinay in some restaurant. The discussion started with some impact analysis stuff and I commented like service companies are cheating clients. I had some points to support my statements so I did not back out from the argument which was ignited from that statement. Srinidhi did not agree with me and asked me how I can say it is cheating for that I told the impact analysis we are doing is just to bill the client more and the time spent on preparing that impact analysis can be used for making those changes and build it. Srinidhi replied “so u mean to say clients are so dumb that they do not have common sense”. I started opening issue regarding “Target” project. It seems it got stopped in the middle way since Infosys were billing the client heavily since there was no exclusive IT department with the client to verify what was happening and they finally stopped the project completely. This is one of the versions of the story. Another version tells the Infosys completed the project properly and “Target” did not give the maintenance project to Infosys as expected.  I told the version1 of the story and Srinidhi told the second version and since the truth is unknown to both of us we did not continue on that topic. Later I told extending the deadlines is just to make more money for that Srinidhi replied back saying if there was no requirement change then we would not have extended the dead line. And these changes were mandatory to be made and we came to know only after preparing HLD and DLD stuff.  The discussion went on for quit sometime and later we found out the bottom line and that was “in business cheating cannot be defined”. That meant what is cheating to me is not cheating to other. And if client knows the fact and is ready to pay more, that is not cheating. Also before client pays even a pie it validates the requirement and pays.
