Kurbaan

Yesterday night we had been to watch kurbaan. I was expecting the movie to be somewhat different from usual movies so my expectation level was bit high. But the movie was very much similar to “New York”. Only difference was the cast and crew. John Abraham’s role was played by SaifAliKhan; Katrina’s role was played by Kareena. In this case SaifAliKhan was not from America. His wife and a 4year old kid were killed by Americans and he goes to America to kill some of the white people there. He marries Kareena just to get his US visa stamped. And in the end of the movie as usual SaifAliKhan dies. I was bit disappointed with the movie as a whole. It was pretty long in duration also. It consumed almost 2hrs 45 min. songs were not that bad but not up to the expectation also. They have shot almost complete movie in New York only and the screenplay was also average. As far as acting is concerned both SaifAliKhan and Kareena have acted very well. The movie would have been a hit if this movie released before the movie “New York”.
