Casteism

The worst thing Indians are following is the principle of castes. A child belongs to some caste based on the caste of its parents. How people were categorized in the beginning was based on the work they do. But now it has become like an hierarchy, Irrespective of the job you do you belong to same religion as your parents'. People think that people from their caste are superior to other caste people. For the same reason so many bloodsheds have happened. Still our great people do not understand the blunder they are doing.  People in India do not encourage love marriage just to avoid any inter caste marriage. These people are not against love marriage but they are against inter-caste marriage. If a guy likes another girl of same caste then there will not be much of hindrance from parents but suppose the girl is from different caste then there arises the problem. Come on can a guy or a girl like a person based on the caste to which they belong? It depends on the comfort ability level they are with other person. You start liking a person unconditionally and there will not be any particular reason for that. It just happens and everything will be fine and smooth but before introducing the person to their parents we have to think a lot and even plan a lot. Many people nowadays do not dare to go ahead with the relationship for the fear of their parents. Many a times people restricts themselves in these kind of matters. These complications would not have born if there was no concept of castes in India. As per my friend people from same caste will be having same mentality so elders prefer to follow this casteism. My friend explained so many things which were just bouncers for me. He is a doctor and explained in medical terms. But I think the way a person think or act depends on the way he has been brought up and the circumstances he has encountered. So if a guy starts liking a girl it is obvious that he is prepared for anything his future offers him as far as their relationship is concerned. And if he is seeing a girl that means he is matured enough to handle the pros and cons of the matter. If people in India encourage inter caste marriage then obviously their younger generation will not be forced to suppress their feelings and follow their parents’ decision. Henceforth in near future this casteism can be removed completely. Also this allows the children to do what they are really interested in and not what their parents wants them to do.
